About

We are the Harley Owners Group of North Eastern Ontario Chapter 9998!  Our members are from Hearst, Kapuskasing, Cochrane, Iroquois Falls, Matheson, South Porcupine, Timmins and everywhere in between.

Official Harley Owners Group® chapters can be found throughout the world. So it goes without saying that chapters represent a wide range of people, personalities, and passions. The same goes for the activities chapters sponsor.

There are, however, some types of activities that many chapters have in common. Listed below are a few possibilities.

Rides: Short rides, long rides, even overnight adventures – building memories and stories to tell. Isn’t that what it’s all about?

Monthly meetings: Have a great time with your friends while getting the latest chapter news.

Dinner rides: Ride to eat. Any questions?

Parades: A great way to show your Harley® pride and give your local community something to roar about.

Observation runs: A chance to ride and learn.

Toy runs: A popular activity that provides toys to sick or needy children.

Holiday events: Parties, group visits – all sorts of holiday fun.

Charity events: Do some good while having a great time!

Our chapter takes great pride in supporting events that benefit our local community. In 2010 we took part in:
– 4th Annual Toy Rally and Ride
– Ribfest, a ride to support the Therapeutic Riding Association.
– A Poker Run to help raise funds for a support dog for a local autistic child.
– The Ride for Cancer—held each summer at the New Liskeard Bikers Reunion.

We look forward to having new Harley enthusiasts join our group and bring along new ideas for fundraisers and rides. We have weekly rides and rides that end with a nice dinner. Expect to laugh, ride and make a lot of new friends and above all have fun.
